The bottom line to Greger’s videos on breast cancer is straightforward. The overwhelming evidence points to soy as a great antidote for breast cancer. This seems to apply both during childbearing age and menopause.
Incredible contrast between Japanese women in a country consuming lots of soy, and North American women, is stark.
In Japan supplementing with soy had significant benefit despite that nation consuming a high percentage anyway. But in Texas, where soybean consumption is low, the improvement was like 100 % compared to a third!
Personally have always been somewhat wary of male breast cancer as one of my cousins suffered from that.

Huge caveat in my opinion to all of this. That is the type of soy that is ingested! My prejudicial point of view is that most soya cultivated in the States is subject to multi contaminant issues.
Monsanto and Bayer are prime culprits for their GMOs or Genetically Modified Organisms in this case plants. The problems being Glyphosates and Roundup, with the crops riddled with pesticides and other contaminants.
Even organic farmers have the nightmare of GMO type problems with wind blowing and tainting their farm properties.

The settlement covers an estimated 95,000 cases and includes $1.25 billion for potential future claims from Roundup customers who may develop the form of cancer known as Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
The company is taking a calculated risk that the benchmark settlement will largely resolve its legal problems. Bayer still faces at least 30,000 claims from plaintiffs who have not agreed to join the settlement.
