Magnesium Tightrope!

Always traditionally concerned about my heart, and calcium deposits to the lining…so have followed Magnesium Tightrope saga carefully. But it’s now not just heart its also the rapid detriment to the mind…and am talking Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Another example of a passive selection that can have huge health consequences in that devastating world. The man who clued me into this regimen was Dr. Mercola in that he was the first, as far as I am concerned, who singled out the importance of Vitamin K 2 as a kind of catalyst for the proper metabolism and interaction of Magnesium and Calcium. Check out the below YouTube video of Dr. Carolyn Dean who emphasizes the importance of the right combination of these minerals…but the essence of K 2 is really Mercola magic and rarely do others discuss.

I tend to try and simplify…and look at Calcium in a somewhat similar way as Iron..usually we get too much! Similarly balance between Omega 3 and 6. Our so called fantastic new society has just swamped the good omega 3 s by ridiculous ratios…like  20:1 the wrong way. We just do not need all those polyunsaturated fats and really have to struggle to out weigh processed foods and restaurant and fast food fare that blithely use all wrong fats… Its balance, and if the scale right then good health and longevity the reward!

Magnesium important including endothelial and mitochondrial benefits…vital for ATP (adenosine triphosphate)…Mercola aptly calls our body energy currency..deficiency clues: fatigue, muscle spasms even eye twitching…Magnesium Tightrope!

Since magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker, possible that having an optimal level of cellular magnesium could help limit the damage from exposure to EMF, which hypothetically seems to promote brain damage…the converse of too little Mg. could mean acceleration damage. Calcium channel blockers…what Magnesium functions as, seem to afford protection… non optimization may accelerate problem! Also remember sources: green vegetables including Kale, Spinach, Chard, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Turnips, also avocados, nuts, even fat in fish! tomatoes strawberries, blueberries and many other fruits.
